About Paul Gatlin

I am proudly from Houston, Texas. I began my academic journey at Howard University, where I majored in costume design with a minor in fashion merchandising. My years there taught me about makeup and fashion, and my connection to these industries has been unwavering. I have since owned a cosmetics store, been a runway makeup artist, and professionally designed costumes for different theatre companies in the Northeast.

I have earned my experience in these industries, and discovered that my passion is supporting other business owners/professionals manage their career. I have dedicated the last year to assisting others in their business ventures by automating tasks for them and creating action plans to help them solve critical issues.

+ Project management assistance: I will assist you in handling tasks that will expedite the completion of projects ( i.e., reaching out to contractors and clients, tracking product progress, and collaborating on ways to improve).

+ This includes creating static images and captions. I will organize them in cloud storage and make recommendations on posting.


+ Basic video editing: I will edit high quality videos suitable for short YouTube videos, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

+ Market Research: I will conduct an analysis of the competition and target audience to determine what advertising changes need to be made. I will conduct a meeting to discuss discoveries.


+ Email marketing: I will create an email list and develop interactive messages to be sent in email blasts.


+ Social media management: I will assist in the management of existing social media pages for the business. This includes making posts with captions, regulating ratio, and increasing exposure.

+ Website audit: I will go through the site to point out areas of improvement and send a report of any discoveries.

Terms and Conditions

  • Services Offered:
    • Email Management, digital communication, bookkeeping, informational research, scheduling, calendar management, data analysis, travel planning assistance, and project management assistance.
    • Graphic Ad generation, basic video editing, email blasting, social media management, market research, Google search Ad generation, and website auditing.
    • Additional services include: 3D ad creation, website creation, policy writing and interpretation, customer service (more upon request).
  • Pricing:
    • Our pricing structure is based on an hourly rate or project-based fee.
    • Hourly Rate: $30 per hour (with a minimum charge of 5 hours per week each month).
    • Project-Based Fee: For certain tasks or projects, I may offer a fixed price quote after assessing the scope and requirements.
    • Any additional expenses (software subscriptions, domain names, etc.) incurred during the project will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Payment Terms:

    • Invoices will be sent on a monthly basis at the beginning of the month, but no later than the 7th of each month.
    • Payment methods accepted: Debit/Credit, PayPal, Zelle, and wire transfer.
    • Payment is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
    • Late payment may result in additional fees, no less than $100 and no greater than $400, or suspension of services until payment is received.
  • Communication:
    • We will primarily communicate through email, text, phone, slack, or any other mode depending on the client's preference.
    • Our working hours are 6:00am-7:00pm CT, Monday-Friday.
    • Response time to client inquiries will typically be within 1 hour, except during holidays or pre-scheduled time off.
  • Client Guidelines:
    • Clients are expected to provide clear instructions and relevant information for each task or project to the best of their ability.
    • We will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
    • If the scope of the project changes, both parties will discuss and agree upon any adjustments to pricing or timelines.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Clients can cancel or reschedule tasks/projects, but a notice period of 1 day is required.
    • Clients can cancel services up to 1 day prior to the scheduled start time at no charge. Any cancellations made after services have started will not be reflected monetarily.
  • Data Security:
    • We will implement reasonable measures to protect client data and maintain privacy, such as file encryption, VPN (upon request), and other methods the client may recommend.
    • Clients are encouraged to use secure platforms for sharing sensitive information.
  • Termination:
    • Either party may terminate the working relationship with a same day notice.
    • Upon termination, any outstanding invoices must be settled promptly.
  • Ownership and Usage:
    • The client retains ownership of all work produced, excluding any pre-existing materials used for the project.
    • We reserve the right to use non-sensitive, non-confidential work samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
  • Agreement Acceptance:
  • By engaging our services, the client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
